Standard Carpet Cleaning (per room)

Deep / Heavy Soil Carpet Cleaning (per room)
Premium carpet restoration targeting embedded soil, oils, and traffic lane buildup. Includes specialized pre-treatment and high-heat extraction (up to 210°F) for a deeper, healthier clean that restores appearance and extends carpet life.

Service Fee
Our Service Fee covers travel, equipment transport, cleaning solutions, and preparation time. We arrive fully equipped with commercial machinery and trained technicians to ensure efficient, reliable service from start to finish.
Trip Fee
$25
Our Trip & Service Call Fee covers travel, fuel, equipment transport, and on-site setup—ensuring prompt arrival and professional service.
*Trip fee may be waived or reduced for qualifying service packages or recurring maintenance agreements.
Same-Day / Emergency Service
$75
This fee covers expedited scheduling, immediate dispatch, and priority service outside normal hours. Emergency work is completed with the same high standards and attention to detail as all services.
